There are hundreds of apps that help you to lose weight. But there is only one that helps you to gain weight! The HardgainerApp!

Are you one of those guys that seemingly can eat whatever they want but never gain weight? Have you spent years in gyms working out but never really gained much? Do you want to grow some muscle finally? If yes, than this app is for you!

Actually growing muscle is no secret at all. Work out hard and consume more calories than you spend. However, this is where the problem for most hardgainers begins: they only think they are eating enough. In reality, however, their calory consumption is below or equal to what they spend. As a consequence, they do not gain weight at all. And of course, they do not build up muscle mass.

And this is where the HardgainerApp comes in. It supports you to log your calory requirements and consumption. It calculates how many calories you need to gain weight, how many you have already consumed and how many you still need to consume. Easy to understand statistics help you to control how you are doing.

• Daily overview that displays the sum of consumed calories, a list of consumed meals and the split of macro nutritional values (carbohydrates, protein and fat). A bar graph shows you how much you still need to eat (or just tap on the calory label to see the exact number of calories that you still need to consume)

• Automated calculation of your calory requirements. Enter your age, sex, height and weight and the app calculates how many calories you need to consume and regular days and on workout days. Consume exactly this number of calories and you will gain!

• Meal list that allows you to manage all your meals. In the daily overview you can easily select a meal out of this list. NOTE: The meal list is initially empty. The idea is that you add only those meals that YOU are eating in the SIZES that you are eating them.

• Meal Composer - You can manage a list of ingredients and combine them to a meal with the Meal Composer. It will calculate the sum of all nutritional values for you. This is especially helpful if you are fixing a lot of meals yourself.

• Statistics show you how you are doing. There are the following statistics:
1. Consumed calories in average over the last 7 days
2. Consumed protein in average over the last 7 days
3. Calory consumption compared to calory goals over the last 7 days
4. Development of your weight compared to consumed calories over the last 90 days
5. Development of your weight and your FFMI (Fat Free Mass Index) over the last 90 days

• Meal alerts - You can set regular alerts that remind you to eat. You can also set a warning if you have not reached a certain amount of calories at a certain time of day.

• Limits for macro nutrients help you to further control your diet (can be configured freely)

• Intelligent sorting make puts the most frequently used meals and ingredients on top of the list. This reduces scrolling through long lists.
